About the role

This is a key regulatory and quality support role within a dynamic Australian and New Zealand team, focused on ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction, product compliance, and food safety. As the Regulatory and Quality Assurance Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for quality and technical matters, managing customer complaints, coordinating non-conformance investigations, and supporting regulatory compliance activities.

You’ll work closely with internal departments - including production, customer service, logistics, inventory, and sales - as well as with external suppliers and third-party providers. The role also involves maintaining documentation, supporting audits and certifications, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the quality function.

Skills & Experience:
  • Tertiary qualification in Food Technology, Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Regulatory Affairs related role
  • Strong understanding of PIFS, Food Safety and other quality standards.
  • Solid understanding of food legislation and regulatory requirements in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance documentation, specifications, and customer questionnaires
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
