This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR or C&B professional to step into a role with both depth and breadth – partnering with senior leaders on remuneration strategy while contributing to broader HR projects during a period of change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead remuneration and benefits analysis, benchmarking against market and identifying areas for improvement
- Partner with senior leaders to provide guidance on job design, workforce planning, and salary structures
- Drive HR analytics and reporting, using data to provide insights that inform organisational design and decision-making
- Optimise the use of Dayforce to strengthen reporting, compliance, and structure alignment
- Contribute to wider HR initiatives aligned to organisational growth and strategy
- Background in remuneration, benefits, HR analytics, or C&B (Rem Specialist or HR Analyst/C&B Advisor ready for the step up)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in remuneration frameworks and salary benchmarking
- Confident communicator, able to coach and influence senior stakeholders
- Highly proactive and solutions-focused, comfortable in a standalone capacity
- Permanent part-time role (4 days per week – choose your day off)
