Our client, a leading not-for-profit organisation, is seeking a Remuneration Specialist to join their team on a permanent part-time basis. Reporting to the Payroll and Shared Services Manager, this role offers the opportunity to shape remuneration strategy, optimise benefits, and deliver impactful HR analytics to support business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR or C&B professional to step into a role with both depth and breadth – partnering with senior leaders on remuneration strategy while contributing to broader HR projects during a period of change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead remuneration and benefits analysis, benchmarking against market and identifying areas for improvement
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide guidance on job design, workforce planning, and salary structures
  • Drive HR analytics and reporting, using data to provide insights that inform organisational design and decision-making
  • Optimise the use of Dayforce to strengthen reporting, compliance, and structure alignment
  • Contribute to wider HR initiatives aligned to organisational growth and strategy
About You
  • Background in remuneration, benefits, HR analytics, or C&B (Rem Specialist or HR Analyst/C&B Advisor ready for the step up)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in remuneration frameworks and salary benchmarking
  • Confident communicator, able to coach and influence senior stakeholders
  • Highly proactive and solutions-focused, comfortable in a standalone capacity
