About the Role As the Learning & Development Advisor, you’ll focus on building engaging, module-based training content and partnering with operational leaders to embed learning initiatives that lift capability across the workforce.
In your first few months, you’ll:
- Support rollout of the Competency Skills Matrix by partnering with operations teams to assess capability against the framework already built by the Head of L&D and Technical Training Specialist
- Lead a robust training needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities to shape targeted learning programs
- Design and deliver modular training content, creating practical, easy-to-use resources that drive results on the ground
Our client is seeking an experienced L&D professional who thrives in hands-on delivery roles. You’ll bring a mix of content design, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or operationally complex environments.
