The Role

The Revenue Growth Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing the revenue strategy across a high-profile FMCG portfolio. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, you’ll drive initiatives that optimise pricing, pack, and promotional strategy to support long-term revenue and profit growth.
Your commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be key in influencing business decisions and enhancing overall performance. A passion for continuous improvement, commercial analytics, and leveraging innovative tools will position you as a key contributor to a high-performing, forward-thinking team.


The Responsibilities
  • Develop a 3-year revenue growth strategy across Pack, Price & Promotion
  • Deliver insights using advanced analytics and market data to improve commercial performance
  • Optimise portfolio and customer mix to maximise revenue
  • Promote a strong ROI culture using scenario modelling tools and performance metrics
  • Evaluate commercial revenue opportunities alongside key stakeholders
  • Set pricing and promotion strategies for NPD gate submissions
  • Conduct regular reviews to assess pricing and promotional impact
  • Automate critical reporting to improve visibility across the market
  • Continually enhance frameworks for pricing governance (list, NPD & promo)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build capability and alignment
The Successful Candidate
  • 6+ years in a similar Revenue Growth, Commercial, or Category role
  • Proven experience within FMCG and/or Grocery sectors
  • Strong commercial acumen across Sales, Marketing, or Category functions
  • Advanced analytical skills with a strategic mindset
  • A confident communicator who thrives on collaboration and stakeholder influence
