We are searching for a highly experienced Sales Enablement professional with expertise in designing and training sales methodologies to build high-performing Sales and Customer Success teams.
What You Will Do:
- Build and execute a sales enablement strategy to upskill the Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Implement sales methodologies and quality assurance processes to drive commercial outcomes.
- Create and deliver training materials for in-person and online sessions.
- Conduct coaching sessions and call calibrations to provide feedback and lift team performance.
- Partner closely with team leads to provide insights on how to improve team productivity.
- Develop an annual enablement plan driven by performance analysis and feedback.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement within the SaaS industry.
- An entrepreneurial spirit for creating and customizing sales methodologies.
- Experience in fostering effective working relationships and building rapport with cross-functional leaders.
- Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to problem-solving.
- A genuine desire to support and collaborate with a team to share insights and best practices.
