Leading global business based in Greater Western Sydney, is seeking an experienced Group Safety Advisor to join their team as soon as possible.
The Position
- Implement systems to support HSE business objectives
- Consult with Supervisors and Workers on site regarding Work Health and Safety (WHS)
- Conduct WHS inductions at various sites for all new workers, contractors and visitors
- Analyse, report & track WHS issues
- Develop, review and implement procedures, training documents & compliance programs
- Manage the successful Return to Work of injured workers
- Implement and drive WHS initiatives and solutions to the business
- Facilities management
The Candidate
- Minimum 4 years HSE / WHS experience in a similar role
- Experience in a facilities management role
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Senior first aid certificate
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Available to commence ASAP
