Acting as a key contact for day-to-day HR support, you will work closely with operational stakeholders to manage employee relations matters, support workforce initiatives and help drive positive people outcomes as the business continues to scale. Note that this is an initial 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong partnerships with operational leaders, providing guidance on day-to-day HR and workforce matters
- Support the management of employee relations cases including performance management, investigations and disciplinary processes
- Analyse workforce trends and capability gaps, recommending practical solutions and escalating risks
- Coach leaders on performance management, development conversations and organisational change
- Contribute to initiatives focused on culture, engagement, retention and organisational growth
- Assist with recruitment activities, role profiling, remuneration reviews and market benchmarking
- Maintain accurate employee data and contract documentation within HR systems
- Previous experience in a HR Advisor or HR Coordination role
- Strong exposure to employee relations case management, including investigations and performance processes
- Confident engaging and influencing stakeholders in operational environments
- Pragmatic and solutions-focused approach to balancing business priorities with people outcomes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive conversations professionally
