They are seeking a People & Culture Advisor for their WA operations. This is a broad, hands‑on generalist role working directly with leaders, supporting all facets of the employee lifecycle across technical, engineering, IT, admin and project‑based teams.
The role has been deliberately designed to grow, offering a clear pathway into HR Business Partnering with increasing ownership of projects, processes and stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end generalist HR support, including ER matters
- Contribute to annual remuneration review processes (data, benchmarking, performance inputs)
- Support performance management across both low and high performers
- Assist in engagement and culture initiatives
- Support early career and graduate engagement, including coordinating student networking events
- Partner with a wide range of multidisciplinary stakeholders including Engineering, Technical, Project Management, IT and Corporate teams
- Work alongside senior leaders to deliver practical people solutions in a fast‑moving environment
- Strong generalist HR background with ER exposure
- Confident working with remuneration data, spreadsheets and performance frameworks
- Comfortable operating across all HR functions without specialist support
- Confident communicator with a grounded, self‑aware style
- Proactive, curious and able to identify issues or opportunities early
- Willing to roll up your sleeves, get involved and build strong in‑person relationships
- 1 day per week working from home after the first few months
- Strong mentoring from an experienced HR Business Partner
- Clear progression toward a HR Business Partner role
- Exposure to a wide breadth of HR experiences across diverse technical teams
