We’re seeking a data-driven professional to join our client as a Sales Analytics Specialist. This newly created role is designed to transform sales programs into measurable outcomes, deliver actionable insights, and support disciplined selling through accurate data and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track ROI, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Deliver monthly insights packs that explain drivers, risks, and recommended actions.
- Manage follow-up strategies for customers who have received samples or showroom agreements but haven’t converted.
- Prepare and maintain accurate price lists with full audit trails.
- Support business reviews with pre- and post-analysis packs highlighting trends and opportunities.
- Monitor territory coverage and recommend adjustments based on workload and potential.
- Ensure data quality and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Train sales teams on dashboards, price lists, and review packs.
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Data, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud is desirable but not essential - experience something like Power BI or Tableau will be considered.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP or similar).
- Ability to translate data into clear, practical actions for sales teams.
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and confident stakeholder management.
