About the Role:
You will:
- Rapidly understand strategic priorities and stakeholder landscapes to deliver projects efficiently.
- Collaborate with service design specialists and legislative review teams to create practical, high-quality solutions.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and recommendations.
- Facilitate engagement with internal stakeholders, including frontline staff, to design and document services.
- Contribute to service blueprints, journey maps, presentations, and governance materials.
- Experience in policy development, service design, or legislative review.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate policy into actionable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and align outcomes with organisational goals.
