Duties
- Develop and grow a pipeline of new business across service contracts, repairs, and upgrades
- Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and solution-based consultations
- Build strong relationships with facilities managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal estimators and service teams to prepare tailored proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with commercial targets
- Maintain accurate sales reporting and CRM records
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions as needed
- Work cross-functionally with service, supply chain, and finance to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Experience in technical or service-based sales is highly regarded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident presenting and selling solutions to a wide range of industries
- Self-starter with excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Commercially savvy with solid negotiation skills
- Technical aptitude or interest in automated/mechanical systems
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the region
