This role will see you actively developing new business, selling tailored service solutions, and nurturing long-term relationships across a diverse client base—including commercial, healthcare, infrastructure, and residential sectors.

You’ll enjoy the autonomy of managing your territory while being supported by a collaborative internal team. From identifying prospects and delivering on-site consultations, to preparing proposals and closing deals—this is a hands-on, client-facing role with strong growth potential.

Duties
  • Develop and grow a pipeline of new business across service contracts, repairs, and upgrades
  • Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and solution-based consultations
  • Build strong relationships with facilities managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal estimators and service teams to prepare tailored proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with commercial targets
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and CRM records
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions as needed
  • Work cross-functionally with service, supply chain, and finance to deliver end-to-end solutions
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
  • Experience in technical or service-based sales is highly regarded
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident presenting and selling solutions to a wide range of industries
  • Self-starter with excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Commercially savvy with solid negotiation skills
  • Technical aptitude or interest in automated/mechanical systems
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
  • A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the region
