Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Act as APAC Sales Director, supporting departmental strategy and execution of event sponsorships
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4 Sponsorship Sales Managers
- Set KPIs, track performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback
- Build a results-driven, collaborative sales culture
- Drive commercial success through new business development across APAC
- Support key event sponsorship client sales directly when needed (e.g., team leave coverage)
- Build and maintain high-value, long-term client partnerships
- Oversee team sales metrics, reporting, and forecasting using Salesforce
- Align team performance with broader company goals and event sponsorship based growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading high-performing event sponsorship sales teams in B2B events or similar industry
- Strong personal event and/or sponsorship sales record, with history of exceeding targets
- Passion for mentoring and developing talent
- Consultative, strategic sales mindset with deep commercial acumen
- APAC events market experience highly desirable
- Willingness to travel to regional events as needed
