As a Sales Manager working with our client, you will play a crucial role in expanding their market presence and driving business growth. You will leverage your skills to identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and collaborate with your team to deliver cutting-edge, design-focused audiovisual solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Specification / Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and target potential clients across various industries, with a specific focus on the architectural & design sector. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, develop outreach strategies, and negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by driving the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Work with marketing to create compelling value propositions.
  • Team Management: Cultivate and maintain a strong sales culture with your sales team and contribute to organisational goals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to inform business strategy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including engineering, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional client satisfaction.  
Skills & Experience:
  • Sales or specification experience, preferably with experience selling into A&D markets or similar.
  • People leadership experience with a passion for developing your team.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify market opportunities and client needs.
  • Experience with CRM software and proficient in using data to drive sales strategies.
