Duties
  • Promote and sell a broad portfolio of automotive aftermarket products
  • Drive new customer acquisition and exceed sales targets in line with annual budgets
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and implement strategic sales plans
  • Establish and maintain productive customer relationships through regular field visits and CRM management
  • Deliver sales presentations, product training, and marketing initiatives to distributor partners
  • Support trade events, promotions, and product launches, including occasional after-hours commitments
  • Provide timely feedback and market intelligence to management to inform business strategy
  • Ensure customer access to promotional materials and support tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and meet distribution model requirements
  • Uphold environmental health and safety standards and company policies
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in field or phone-based sales, with a minimum of two years in the automotive aftermarket sector
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales plans
  • High level of motivation, with excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
  • Sales training qualifications are advantageous
