In this role, you’ll be the face of a well-established organisation operating across Australia, New Zealand and Asia - connecting directly with families, educating them on an essential offering, and guiding them through decisions that truly make a difference to their future.
You’ll be out in the community building relationships, visiting local businesses, attending cultural events, and supporting families with empathy and clarity - all while managing your own sales pipeline and enjoying the financial rewards of a high-earning, high-impact role.
This is ideal for someone with strong people skills, a service-first approach, and the drive to build trust within the Chinese-speaking community.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage your community – visit Chinese-speaking households, businesses, community groups and cultural associations to educate, build trust and drive awareness.
- Customer service with impact – meet with families to understand their needs and guide them through tailored options.
- Generate new opportunities – proactively network, attend local events, connect with organisations, and build a consistent pipeline of referrals.
- Represent the brand – act as a trusted advisor within the community, supporting people through important personal decisions.
- Own your sales process – manage your territory, appointments, follow-ups and contracts from end to end.
- Achieve commercial outcomes – meet and exceed monthly KPIs through genuine connection and service-led conversations.
- Huge earning potential: Starting package of $78,000 + very lucrative commission structure - average salesperson taking home $110,000 per year in commission alone!
- Package break down: $63K base + super + $7.5K car allowance + uncapped commission (average take-home commission $110K; high performers $220K+)

- Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (essential)
- 2+ years in sales, real estate, financial services, retail, insurance, or similar - B2C is great but we're open to background!
- Strong relationship builder, comfortable speaking with diverse members of the community
- Proven track record in lead generation and closing sales
- Empathetic, consultative communication style
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working both independently and in the field
- Full driver’s license require
- Must be commutable to Minchinbury
