Our client is a market leader in their space and known for its high level of professionalism and engagement with the community. The business is currently in the process of upgrading their SAP payroll system and require an experienced SAP Payroll Specialist.
The Role
Reporting to the GM of Payroll, you will be responsible for:
- Parallel test runs and UAT testing
- Upgrading SAP with rates for Enterprise Agreement changes / rate increases etc
- Setting up work schedule rules, organisation and position management as well as setting up cost centers
- Working through change requests, clarification of requirements etc and communicating these changes to stakeholders and payroll end users
- Writing end user SAP training work instructions and process guides
- Providing operational support to the Payroll Manager as well as;
- Supporting the Payroll team from an operational perspective if required
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this position will have
- Extensive experience within a similar SAP Payroll systems position
- Advanced SAP and excel skills (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables and Analysis of data)
- Experience running parallel tests and UAT testing in SAP
- Experience with implementing Enterprise Agreements & Awards into SAP
- Experience working within a high volume payroll environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a high performance team
