A fantastic temporary opportunity has become available for a Scheduling Administrator to join a market leading organisation based in Knoxfield. This role will see you providing critical support to operations by managing staff scheduling, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll be responsible for maintaining schedules, processing timesheets, supporting reporting, and liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate staff scheduling and rostering in line with contractual requirements.
- Assist with reporting and record-keeping across operational services.
- Respond promptly to ad hoc scheduling requests, client queries, and issues.
- Maintain databases and documentation, including service requests and updates.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
- Previous experience in scheduling, rostering, or administration.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
