A fantastic temporary opportunity has become available for an experienced Scheduling Administrator to join a service organisation based in Moorabbin.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting operations by scheduling technicians, coordinating service requests, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily schedules and rosters for field technicians.
- Handle incoming service requests and allocate jobs efficiently.
- Update and maintain internal databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Process timesheets, service reports, and job documentation.
- Liaise with technicians, internal departments, and customers to resolve scheduling or service issues.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
- Proven experience in scheduling, rostering, or administration — ideally within a service or trades-based environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
