If you enjoy variety, take pride in being reliable, and love making things happen, this could be your perfect next step.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate technicians across a range of jobs and sites.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients — handling service requests, updates, and queries.
• Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
• Track job progress through to completion, ensuring systems (SimPro) are up to date and ready for invoicing.
• Organise tools, materials, inductions and logistics for each service job.
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates on job status and team schedules.
• Monitor and manage inventory, coordinating with procurement where needed.
Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience in scheduling, coordination or operations support.
• Exceptional time management and multitasking ability.

• Confidence using SimPro (or similar systems) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail with a customer-first mindset.
• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Benefits:
• Supportive team culture with a genuine focus on collaboration.
• Ongoing training and professional development.
• Variety and ownership in your role – no two days the same.
