Join a dynamic and growing manufacturing business and take ownership of end-to-end accounting and financial management across the business. Partnering closely with the Finance Manager and senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in driving operational and commercial decisions.
The Role
- Prepare and manage month-end and year-end reporting, including P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash flow analysis.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes across manufacturing operations.
- Analyse production costs, inventory movements, and margins to provide actionable insights.
- Assist with audits, compliance, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Identify process improvements and drive efficiency in financial operations.
- Work closely with management to support strategic decision-making.
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification.
- 5+ years’ experience in accounting, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or operations-heavy sectors.
- Broad, hands-on experience across general accounting, cost accounting, and reporting.
- Strong Excel and ERP skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
