About the Role

This role will be supporting the dynamic Marketing Operations team as a Senior Analyst, to embark on an exhilarating journey driving the execution and delivery of cutting-edge lifecycle communications across the APAC region. As the driving force behind the marketers' initiatives and objectives, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, administering groundbreaking user lifecycle messaging tests to fuel experimentation and extract invaluable insights from marketing strategies.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Be the architect behind captivating lifecycle messages, from ideation to execution.
  • Propel messaging optimisation forward, adopting and championing best practices.
  • Lead the charge on split and multivariate tests, ensuring our experimentation is both rigorous and visionary.
  • Collaborate with brilliant market strategists to craft and execute marketing campaigns that set the standard for engagement, particularly in driving video content interaction among subscribers.
  • Project management experience to develop and manage plans with precision, keeping deliverables on track and stakeholders engaged.
  • Your keen eye for detail will ensure that our messaging programs and campaigns shine, swiftly addressing any issues that arise and flagging opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilise targeting capabilities to navigate the digital landscape, ensuring messages hit their mark while driving towards our business goals.
  • Champion messaging reporting, turning data into insights that drive action, and conducting ad hoc analysis that sparks innovation.
Key Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, executing CRM/lifecycle channel optimisation and insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experince in email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging channels and platforms.
  • Hands-on coding using SQL and template scripting (e.g., AMPscript, Liquid), unlocking new dimensions of possibility in our messaging.
  • A pioneer in message experimentation, with a track record of pushing boundaries and achieving breakthrough results
  • Attention to detail, coupled with a knack for problem-solving and a relentless drive for excellence.
  • Ability to build HTML emails from asset files and communicate complex needs to developers in a language they understand.
  • A storyteller at heart, capable of distilling complex concepts into compelling narratives that inspire action.
  • A passion for velocity and a knack for project management that keeps our team agile and our projects on track.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in an operational role, where you've been at the heart of driving change and innovation.
  • Experience in platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, and/or other lifecycle marketing platforms.
  • Experience in lifecycle user journeys, orchestrating experiences that leave our users hungry for more
  • Experience supporting a globally distributed stakeholder team, bridging gaps and fostering collaboration.
  • An understanding of compliance requirements
