We are looking for a proactive intermediate/ senior-level Application Analyst to lead end-to-end delivery of our clients specialised ERP & BI Solution. In this role you will be part of a close-knit team, delivering the implementation, support and delivery, translating complex operational and financial requirements.

This role suits someone who is comfortable providing technical leadership across deployments, troubleshooting and data migration. 
  
What You’ll Do
  • Lead full-cycle ERP implementations (finance, procurement, inventory, maintenance, job costing, reporting modules)
  • Oversee installation of web applications, desktop apps and integrations
  • Develop functional specs, UAT scripts and deployment plans
  • Client support and problem resolution.
  • Technical troubleshooting
  • Integration and data migration
  • Reporting, compliance & analytics
  • Project management and stakeholder engagement
  • Internal leadership 

What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Application Analysis/ Consulting in Mining or Oil and Gas.
  • Strong understanding of ERP modules
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data analysis and troubleshooting
  • Proven experience in external stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with application serves (Tomcat), Java web applications and keystores
  • Ability to write and debug scripts (Python, PowerShell or similar)
  • A self-learner with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Someone who enjoys technical challenges and delivering reliable, high-quality solutions.
