If you are an experienced litigator from a well regarded practice that has had exposure to Government clients or you have worked part of your career within Government and are looking to join a highly regarded and respected disputes practice then this is a role you will need to consider.

Some of the matters that you will be involved in are:

• ACCC investigations and prosecutions
• consumer protection, misleading and deceptive conduct and anti-competitive conduct disputes
• franchise compliance and disputes
• ASIC investigations and prosecutions
• disciplinary hearings and internal investigations
• corporate governance disputes
• intellectual property disputes including trademarks, misleading and deceptive conduct and passing off matters
• inquiries and commissions
• contractual, shareholder and partnership disputes

To be considered for this role you will have at least 5 years PQE and ideally come from a reputable firm or organization. You must have excellent drafting and negotiation skills. An exposure to Government or Government clients is paramount as is the ability to develop relationships across this sector. You will also have the ability to mentor junior lawyers.
