About the role 
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will manage and look after the marketing and brand strategy for all of Australia and New Zealand. It's a strategic and hands on role where you will manage all areas of the portfolio’s lifecycle from the inception of new products/brands, to the launch of campaigns including all advertising (TV, Radio, Digital, Social & Print) and post-campaign analysis. 


The responsibilities
  • Take real strategic ownership and manage end to end brand and product marketing activities across ATL, BTL, Digital and Social including POP and all instore communications including new menu items
  • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders including NPD, supply chain, restaurants, marketing, digital and analytics as well as agency relationships
  • Continuously assess and analyse campaign effectiveness, what is working and not working with a test and learn methodology including menu analysis
  • Manage nominated communications and New Product Development (NPD) project launches

What you need to be successful
  • A delicious attitude and hungry mindset balancing a nurturing and collaborative approach to hitting key business and brand objectives
  • A proven track record as either a highly successful Brand Manager or a Senior Brand Manager looking for a tasty new challenge
  • A background in FMCG/QSR/Food or B2C Product, skilled in building a brand strategy and using insights to manage NPD
  • An adaptable and flexible nature and ability to influence key stakeholders to enjoy positive business outcomes
