We are partnering with a major Queensland State Government agency undertaking significant transformation across portfolio and financial management. They are seeking a Senior Change Analyst to join their team on an initial 3-month contract with a strong likelihood of a 6-month extension.

- Location: Brisbane CBD – Hybrid model
- Rates: Up to $93.08/hr + Super

The Senior Change Analyst will play a key role in supporting a large transformation program focused on uplifting maturity in portfolio management, financial management, asset management, contract management and digital enablement.
This is a hands-on role working closely with project teams, consultants and stakeholders to coordinate and deliver change activities that drive adoption, build readiness, and embed new ways of working across a complex and evolving environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development and delivery of change strategies and implementation plans
- Coordinating and tracking change activities, timelines and deliverables
- Preparing and maintaining stakeholder maps, impact assessments, readiness checklists
- Assisting with stakeholder engagement planning, presentations and briefing materials
- Drafting communications (FAQs, updates, newsletters) and coordinating training activities
- Facilitating and documenting change impact assessments with input from SMEs and project teams
- Monitoring business readiness indicators and reporting on progress to governance forums
- Supporting lessons learned and continuous improvement activities
- Demonstrated experience in business transformation and organisational change projects, ideally within government or large/complex organisations
- Experience with and/or certification in change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and engaging materials
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Growth mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguous, evolving environments
