What You'll Be Doing:
As a Senior Client Support Consultant, you'll be the face of the business for a portfolio of key clients across the Custodian and Fund Manager space. You'll manage complex queries, drive service excellence, and play a crucial role in mentoring junior team members while working across departments to implement continuous service improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a portfolio of strategic, high-value clients
- Resolve complex and escalated client issues with empathy and professionalism
- Guide and mentor junior team members
- Collaborate across compliance, operations, and IT teams to enhance service delivery
- Lead or contribute to key client service projects and process improvements
- Stay on top of industry regulations and ensure risk/compliance standards are upheld
- 5+ years in financial services, ideally within funds management or operations
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of AML/KYC and transfer agency operations
