We are looking for a Senior Commercial Accountant to join a growing finance team. You will manage financial data, support business decisions, and ensure financial accuracy in their media operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review tax reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for timely tax lodgment.
- Prepare and present financial statements.
- Ensure timely month-end reporting and reconciliations.
- Conduct financial analysis and lead P&L reviews.
- Oversee financial operations and enhance processes.
- Report financials to stakeholders and support planning.
- Optimize and document financial processes.
- Lead or participate in key projects and system implementations.
- CA/CPA qualification (or near completion).
- Willingness to be challenged and proactive in their approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting principals.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with examples of prior stakeholder management experience.
