The Company
Our client is a retail / e-commerce leader who has experienced strong, organic growth both domestically and globally. The group has an ambitious strategy that will see it further cement its position locally whilst continuing its overseas expansion. With anticipated growth comes the need for a highly commercial, analytically minded and ambitious Senior Commercial Analyst to support the CFO, SLT, Supply Chain and Sales divisions as a key commercial business partner.

The Role
Reporting into the Head of Commercial with a dotted line to the CFO, this role is responsible for driving and supporting the S&OP process through the provision of commercial insights, detailed analysis and robust reporting. 

This role will be responsible for contributing to the Supply Chain strategy and embedding efficient, action orientated and innovative tailor-made commercial insights and principles that will help deliver operational excellence and improve organisational strategy, efficiency and performance. 

The Candidate 
CA/CPA qualified, you will have strong commercial and financial nous enabling you to partner, influence and lead key stakeholders across the organisation and drive commercial outcomes through a ‘Best in Class’ Supply Chain / S&OP business partnering function.

Naturally, you will have an in-depth understanding of supply chain operations as your ability to link the operational drivers to commercial outcomes will be imperative to your success.

A strong communicator, you will be able to articulate your data driven findings and inspire others to join you on the journey of improving processes, systems, insights and business partnering functionality. 

Previous experience in a product based/supply chain environment (Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing) is a non-negotiable.
