This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, curious and driven candidate to step in and contribute to the overall strategic roadmap of a truly iconic Australian retailer. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality reporting and analysis across key business units, engaging with senior operational stakeholders to provide critical insights to influence commercial outcomes.
Your responsibilities
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Monthly cost and profit centre review meetings with department heads
- Establishing key business performance metrics
- Retail labour analytics
- Monthly management reporting to CFO, CEO and Board
- P&L Reviews
- Annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
- Ad-hoc projects as they arise
Suited to a self starter, this role will leverage your data and tech competencies with the true ability to build and nurture relationships across the wider organisation. Experience within a commercial or FP&A style of role within a product based environment would be highly advantageous. Candidates with proven analytics and systems experience as well as excellent communication and relationship building ability are encouraged to apply.
