About The Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee sub-contractor packages dedicated to your team
• Negotiate subcontractor agreements through your relationship skills
• Assist in management and tracking of project expenditure against budget
• Handle progress claims, RFI's and Variations throughout the project

Your Background:

•     Ideally have 5+ years experience in Residential / Commercial
•     Ability to communicate effectively
•     Display the right attitude and attention to detail
•     Able to work in a team environment as well as take ownership of your work load
