Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Legal Counsel to join a  growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial agreements, and will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, partnership agreements, service agreements, and NDAs.
  • Provide expert legal advice on contractual matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business development, procurement, and finance teams, to understand and address their contractual needs.
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with commercial transactions.
  • Develop and implement contract management processes and best practices to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Assist in resolving contractual disputes and provide support in litigation matters, if necessary.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior legal team members.
Qualifications:
  • Current Practice certificate with 7+ years PQE
  • Strong understanding of contract law, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity.
