If you are an experienced disputes lawyer who has has a broad litigation background and are looking for a fast paced and challenging boutique firm then this is an opportunity you will need to consider. In this role you will be involved in:

• Contractual disputes 
• Misleading and deceptive conduct
• Professional Indemnity 
• Shareholder Disputes
• IP Disputes 

You will have at least 5 years of Dispute Resolution experience. You will have a strong technical skill set. Excellent drafting and negotiating skills and you will have excellent leadership skills. A network of contacts would be advantageous but not a prerequisite.
