If you are an experienced Employment and Industrial Relations professional that is looking for a challenging and diverse role then this is an opportunity you will need to consider. In this role you will be involved in:
  • Consultancy, advisory and litigation management matters 
  • Industrial relations planning and bargaining
  • The support, development and implementation of industrial relations strategies, tactical plans, frameworks, systems and processes
  • The operation of awards and agreements, acquisitions, and change management
  • Managing Unfair dismissal and general protect disputes up until arbitration or similar disputes
  • Partnering with the operations group to optimise the financial return of the IR landscape
  • Partnering with the HR business partners – as required
  • Working with General managers, regional managers, and branch managers to effect the required outcomes
  • General IR | ER projects and duties
You will need to have at least 5 years of experience across this space. A legal qualification would be advantageous. You will also have a strong strategic and commercial mindset. Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills and you will also bring a can do attitude. You will also be prepared to do some travel to regional NSW and to VIC & QLD.
