We are partnered with one of Australia's fastest growing residential builders. Projects range across Medium density, High end townhouse & apartment projects. There is an opportunity for a senior estimator to join the team and help price a vaired range of domestic and commercial projects.

The role: 
Reporting to the estimating manager;

• You will be responsible for taking tenders from start to tender submission.
• You will ideally have experience working on medium density or apartment tenders 
• It is essential that you have a strong network of sub-contractors in NSW and have strong negotiation and communication skills. 
• Will also be essential that you have an understanding of the Program, Prelim's & supervision

About you

• 3-5 years in a senior estimating role 
• Strong experience in residential/semi commercial environments 
• Proven track record delivering large scale projects 
• Appetite to want to grow into a management position
