An excellent role has arisen for a Senior Finance Business Partner who is looking to join a high performing multi-billion dollar, industry-leading organisation. You will be the key partner to the Head of Transformation and be involved in organisational wide projects.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Director, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Business performance and planning reviews including forward looking risk and opportunity analysis
- Capex and Opex reviews and assessments
- Budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling
- Generation of relevant insights through financial, commercial and data analysis
- Support and help drive transformation and process improvement to enhance the internal operational experience
- Identifying and pro-actively streamlining efficiencies + strong projects focus (i.e. analysing resource allocation)
- Business partnering with key stakeholders (i.e. Head of Transformation)
- 1 direct report
- Ad-hoc commercial support when required
You will be a fully CA/CPA qualified finance professional with a strong track record in a commercial business partnering role or M&A/ Transaction Services/ Advisory. You will be someone who has the ability to be both hands on through strong financial and data analysis capability, but also able to provide strong commercial insight and reasonings to drive key business decisions. This role would suit candidates who have prior experience within large and complex environments and who may have started their career within a Big 4/Mid-Tier chartered environment.
