As Senior Finance Manager, you’ll be lead technical advisor and business partner on deal transactions. This is a hands-on, strategic role where your technical expertise, leadership, and stakeholder influence will make a real difference. This position would ideally be suited to a Big 4 or Mid-tier first mover at a Director or experienced senior manager level.
What You’ll Do
- Lead technical accounting advisory on deal transactions
- Business partner department leads and work provide project support
- Prepare clear, insightful papers that drive smart business decisions.
- Shape accounting policies and provide expert guidance on complex transactions.
- Review investment proposals and advise on accounting impacts to support business growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen governance and reporting efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing finance team.
- CA/CPA-qualified with extensive financial accounting and ASX reporting experience
- Big 4 first or second mover with a property background preferred
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Deep technical knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and Group reporting
- Analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple complex projects
- Confident communicator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
