The Role
Leading a team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Review and guide team’s output
- Strong leadership and guidance of team members development
- Oversee and perform bank reconciliations for multiple accounts on a global scale.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of reconciliations in compliance with accounting standards.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline bank reconciliation processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, including periodic financial statements and disclosures.
You hold CA or CPA qualifications and preferably bring experience from within an ASX-listed or sizable enterprise, particularly within the FMCG or retail sector. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities enable you to cultivate robust professional connections. With excellent time management skills, you can proficiently handle multiple tasks, and your positive attitude empowers you to tackle challenges with confidence, including implementing enhancements to processes.
