Our client is a well known for-purpose organisation, born here in Australia with the intention of creating positive change not only domestically, but throughout the world.
Due to an internal restructure, they are currently seeking an experienced financial accountant to join them (immediately or as soon as possible) in a temporary position with a view to permanency.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will play an integral role in the monthly financial reporting of the APAC region. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Month end reporting and analysis
- Co-ordinate the budgeting and forecasting process for the APAC region
- Prepare P&L and Balance Sheet reports
- Prepare Statutory Reporting
- Maintain fixed asset registers
- Assist with audits
- Completing Tax Returns, BAS and tax provisions
- Ad hoc reporting
You are CA/CPA qualified or nearing completion, having commenced your career in the chartered environment or having gained experience within commerce/industry. Your interpersonal and communication skills are exceptional, consistently displaying a willingness to provide ongoing support to all key stakeholders. You will have demonstrated strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
