Reporting directly into the CFO, you will be a key member of the finance team that is responsible for ensuring the accurate maintenance of the ledgers and compliance requirements of the business, whilst also supporting the CFO with managing the financing structures. Your role will include but not be limited to.
- Maintain the financial ledgers for the development projects and business in an accurate and timely manner including:
o Intercompany reconciliations
o Monthly BAS reconciliations and lodgements (proposed)
o All additional compliance requirements
- Preparation of year end accounts
- Maintaining the operational cashflow reporting for the business
- Supporting the CFO with the financing requirements of the business including working with valuers, property professionals and financiers
- Working with the CFO in developing effective Tax Planning strategies
- Management and recording of the settlement process for new and completed projects
- Preparation and maintenance of the payroll for the business including all compliance requirements
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required

The Candidate
CA / CPA qualified, you will be a technically strong Financial Accountant with the ability to work towards deadlines, enjoying working in a interesting and fast paced industry and have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
