With continued expansion and increasing operational complexity, the finance function is evolving to support the next phase of growth. This has created an opportunity for a technically strong accountant to step in and build their career within a scaling organisation.
Role:
Reporting to the Corporate Accounting Manager, this role sits within the Corporate Finance team and is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting and statutory compliance across the group.
Key responsibilities include:
- Month-end journals, balance sheet reconciliations and management reporting
- Preparation of GST, IAS, FBT and income tax returns across multiple entities
- Supporting annual audit and statutory financial statement preparation
- Strengthening internal controls and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Partnering with senior finance leaders and external auditors
Candidate:
- You are CA / CPA qualified and currently working in Audit or Business Services within a reputable firm.
- You are technically strong across financial reporting and compliance, with excellent attention to detail and a desire to make your first move into industry.
- You are motivated, curious and eager to understand how a growing national organisation operates beyond the numbers.
