Reporting to the CFO, your main responsibilities as the Senior FP&A Analyst will include bit not be limited:
- Provide Stakeholders with key management information to assist with business planning to support the delivery of the business strategy
- Prepare Monthly Consolidated financial reporting pack, including analysis, interpretation and dashboards
- Prepare and maintain monthly business unit reporting and analysis by providing business unit performance/trends combined with key KPI performance analysis, associated commentary, and key recommendations of risk and opportunities
- Prepare, review, and assess the priority of CAPEX submissions to be then incorporated into a rolling financial model and reported on a regular basis
- Assist with the annual budget & reforecast process, prepare and maintain the input files and monthly analysis against budget/forecast
- Partnering and supporting Projects team in all aspects of cost control, tracking and estimate at completion
- Provide support if required during the year-end process and any audit requirement
- Review process and implement continuous improvement plans in relation to front end reporting and
visibility of business key metrics - Ensures systems are monitored and adhere to the Corporate Operating Principles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business/Finance or greater (mandatory)
- CA/CPA qualified (mandatory)
- At least 7 years post-graduate experience in a FP&A role
- Experienced in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc reporting.
- Business Analytical experience
- Previous experience working ERP systems i.e. SAP.
- A proven track record in advising & developing relationships with all levels within an organisation.
- Able to build relationships and win trust of Managers and staff.
- Experience with change management projects
