This role sits within a business unit finance team and will focus on FP&A and business partnering.
The Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the main duties will include:
- Deliver insightful analysis and drive regular business performance reviews
- Review and analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies, plan and implement improvements
- Work with stakeholders to ensure reporting and commentary is effective and insightful for decision making.
- Provide support on budget and forecasting process
- Working with key stakeholders to ascertain cost control measures
- Identify key drivers of profit and opportunities for business improvement
- Build and implement effective financial models
- Develop and implement process improvements to ensure a standard, lean and efficient operating model
- CA, CPA and/or MBA qualified professional
- 5 + years experience within finance roles, ideally with an FP&A or commercial focus.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of Power Bi and Excel ability
- Able to work under pressure to deliver against tight deadlines
