• Supporting the implementation of robust and disciplined use of emerging ER | IR legal concepts
• Ensuring ER | IR practices are compliant with industrial instruments, legislation and regulations, and judicial decisions
• Managing non-contentious ER | IR matters within the existing industrial instruments, legislation and regulation, and judicial decisions 
• Supporting the development of the ER | IR capability of the HR team and broader leadership
• Continuously improving the ER | IR frameworks and systems – unifying operational practices
• Managing identified ER | IR issues/risks by providing proactive and practical advice that sustains a profitable, productive and harmonious working environment
• Mitigating risk of underpayments; ensuring industrial instrument and payroll compliance
• Delivering a material cost breakthrough and enhance workplace efficiencies within the organizations industrial landscape
• Supporting the resolution of disputation considering business operational, commercial and reputational risks 

You will have at least 5 years of experience across this space. You will also have a strong strategic and commercial mindset. Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills and you will also bring a can do attitude.
