About the Role:
- Advising on a wide range of commercial contracts and tenders
- Providing legal support on competition and consumer law matters
- Collaborating with stakeholders on litigation and dispute management
- Reviewing marketing and advertising content for legal compliance
- Supporting business units with contract lifecycle systems and processes
- Delivering pragmatic legal solutions that align with commercial goals
- An experienced lawyer with strong competition & consumer and commercial experience
- Proficient in contract negotiation, drafting, and legal advisory
- Comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Has advised on marketing material
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independent problem-solving
