We’re looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our growing retail business and play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
You will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy—using data, automation, and insight-led campaigns to deliver personalised, meaningful experiences across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation
- Own customer communications across channels including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging
- Build and optimise automated customer journeys using marketing automation platforms
- Partner with Analytics, E-commerce, CRM, and Technology teams to leverage customer data and insights
- Segment audiences and personalise messaging to drive conversion, repeat purchase, and loyalty
- Lead A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous optimisation of campaigns
- Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics such as LTV, churn, retention, and campaign ROI
- Ensure all customer communications align with brand tone, privacy regulations, and best practices
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing (retail or e-commerce experience highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of customer data, segmentation, and marketing automation
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Knowledge of Australian privacy and spam regulations (Privacy Act, Spam Act)
