The Role
Reporting into the GM Finance - you will lead a team of 4 direct (8 total) and your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Analyse product performance trends (usage, uptake, cross-sell, financial impacts).
- Provide insights on commercial opportunities and risks; support optimisation and mitigation planning.
- Build commercial models to assess business impacts of new initiatives.
- Partner with data teams to create dashboards and key product KPI reporting.
- Improve commercial acumen across the business through clear explanation of pricing mechanics.
- Stay across digital product and pricing trends to identify new opportunities.
- Develop multi-year pricing strategies aligned to business priorities.
Coming from a large corporate background with extensive pricing / strategy / commercial experience, you will enjoy building meaningful relationships across the organisation. You will be able to zoom into detail when required, but equally think high level. You will enjoy and have had extensive staff management experience and a progressive mindset.
