This high-impact role sits within the regional leadership team and plays a critical part in delivering customer satisfaction, operational excellence and continuous improvement. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations and Global Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), including demand & supply forecasting and monthly global reporting
- Oversee inventory planning, procurement, logistics and 3PL management across ANZ and APAC
- Use advanced planning tools (Kinaxis) and ERP systems (Epicor) to drive forecast accuracy and service outcomes
- Partner with Sales and Finance teams to align forecast inputs and manage customer KPIs
- Coordinate container imports, inventory receipts and repackaging requirements
- Manage a small team and contribute to regional leadership and strategy
- 7+ years' experience in senior supply chain leadership roles – ideally in FMCG, healthcare or consumer goods
- Deep knowledge of forecasting, inventory management and international logistics
- Strong experience with ERP systems and planning tools (Kinaxis highly regarded)
- Ability to influence stakeholders across local and global teams
- Hands-on, agile leader with a balance of strategic insight and operational execution
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
