Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders and inquiries, ensuring accurate processing and delivery communication across key retail and distributor accounts.
- Coordinate stock movements between warehouses, 3PL providers, and freight forwarders, both locally and internationally.
- Maintain and update ERP system data, including purchase orders, shipment tracking, and inventory levels (Epicor experience desirable).
- Monitor inbound shipments and resolve any delays or logistics issues in a proactive manner.
- Assist with forecasting and planning activities through demand planning software (e.g., Kinaxis).
- Support continuous improvement by identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.
- Experience in logistics coordination, customer service, or supply chain administration within FMCG or a related sector.
- Strong ERP skills (Epicor or similar), with a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Effective communicator with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of international shipping and Incoterms is advantageous but not essential.
- Immediate start in a temporary role with the potential to convert to permanent.
- Hybrid working arrangement based in Toorak (3 days onsite).
