A newly created opportunity has become available for a highly organised and passionate individual to join a leading recruitment consultancy in a pivotal support role. Working closely with a team of consultants and coordinators, you will oversee and streamline day-to-day recruitment administration processes, ensuring best practices are followed and high service standards are maintained.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage job advertisements, ensuring accurate and timely postings.
  • Manage inbox from customers and candidates and delegate appropriately.
  • Register new candidates in the system to maintain an up-to-date talent database.
  • Input new job roles into the system and ensure all records are current.
  • Monitor candidate submissions and provide regular updates on job status'.
  • Upload and organise job descriptions and relevant documentation for each vacancy.
  • Conduct reference checks and verify candidate qualifications and work rights.
  • Share company updates and job opportunities on LinkedIn to support brand visibility.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and identify relevant networking events.
About you:
  • Experience in a high volume recruitment, administrative, project admin or mobilisation role.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • A can-do attitude and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office systems (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Bullhorn CRM will be highly regarded.
  • Proven experience or exposure to candidate sourcing, preferably within the recruitment industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Bullhorn, SEEK, LinkedIn, and Idibu is a plus.
