Our client is a long‑standing, accredited Western Australian not‑for‑profit organisation providing crucial services in community support, early learning, family assistance and out‑of‑home care.

They are currently seeking an experienced and capable People & Culture Administrator to join the P&C team on a part-time basis (30 hours non-negotiable), to provide high‑quality administrative support. This role offers a perfect opportunity for an Administrator looking to build on their transitional experience and continuing to build out their HR career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide confidential, customer‑focused administrative support to the P&C team 
  • Maintain accurate HR records, salary details and employment documentation
  • Prepare employment contracts and correspondence for staff appointments and changes 
  • Assist with recruitment processes including advertising, shortlisting, interview coordination and reference checks 
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Support the training calendar by coordinating scheduling, venues and communications
  • Contribute to HR reporting and database maintenance 
  • Opportunity to work alongside the P&C Officer to support on strategic scopes of work and project initiatives
About You
  • Previous experience in HR administration 
  • Excellent time management, organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of competency using office software and systems
  • Ability to use initiative, problem-solve and work flexibly
  • Current (or ability to provide) Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
