They are currently seeking an experienced and capable People & Culture Administrator to join the P&C team on a part-time basis (30 hours non-negotiable), to provide high‑quality administrative support. This role offers a perfect opportunity for an Administrator looking to build on their transitional experience and continuing to build out their HR career.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide confidential, customer‑focused administrative support to the P&C team
- Maintain accurate HR records, salary details and employment documentation
- Prepare employment contracts and correspondence for staff appointments and changes
- Assist with recruitment processes including advertising, shortlisting, interview coordination and reference checks
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Support the training calendar by coordinating scheduling, venues and communications
- Contribute to HR reporting and database maintenance
- Opportunity to work alongside the P&C Officer to support on strategic scopes of work and project initiatives
- Previous experience in HR administration
- Excellent time management, organisation and attention to detail
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of competency using office software and systems
- Ability to use initiative, problem-solve and work flexibly
- Current (or ability to provide) Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
